穆伦斯丁表示：“我能预想到滕哈赫沮丧的心情，每当闭上眼睛，他一定会疑惑为什么这支球队不能像他执教的阿贾克斯那样踢球。”
“执教阿贾克斯时期我就很了解他，阿贾克斯与曼联就像白天和黑夜，他说他缺少能打出阿贾克斯风格的球员，但在我看来他们的防守太消极了。”
“他们需要高位压迫，给对手施加压力、让对手犯错，并打出快速的转换。曼联有很多具备威胁的球员，但他们的防线退得太深，在后卫线和锋线之间留下的距离太大。”
“卡塞米罗无法覆盖这么大的距离，梅努经验不足，无法深入阅读比赛，这样一来差距便体现出来了。”
“回顾下曼联的失球，他们的控球做得不够好，球员们不理解控球的目的，看上去节奏缓慢又吃力，不知道下一步该怎么办。”
